Our dedicated logistics team strives to deliver your jewellery on time, however if there are unanticipated delays, we will keep you informed. Every product purchased online through VaibhavJewellers.com is absolutely free within India. International deliveries do incur charges.
We are partnered with top shipping experts such as Delhivery, Speedpost, Bluedart, FedEx, DHL & DTDC to deliver within India. We are associated with Sequel & BVC for international deliveries, so you are rest assured that your jewellery is in safe hands. To further safeguard your shipment we insure all the jewellery before shipping it either domestic or international. The cost of transit insurance is borne by us exclusively.
We request all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing of receipt, if found so kindly do not accept the package and immediately inform our Customer care.
Orders can be delivered to only Residential, Commercial Location or Vaibhav Jewellers Showroom. The delivery of the orders cannot be done to any public places like Malls, Hotels, Restaurants, Hostels, on Road etc.
If at all recipient is unavailable during the time of delivery, Courier Company will try making 3 attempts to deliver the product. The courier company may not accommodate any customer requests to hold back the product for few days after making 3rd attempt. In case you are still not reachable/ available, the same will be returned to our office from where the product has been dispatched.
On occasions where customer fails to collect the shipment, the return charges are borne by them.
Free Gift Packaging
In case your purchase is intended as a gift, we offer free gift packaging, along with a gift message of your choice. Your gift will be delivered in distinctive Vaibhav Jewellers gift packing.
To send a free gift message with your item, look for the Gift message text box in the shopping bag/cart page. Your personal message will be printed on a distinctive card and delivered along with the gift. We also deliver your gift to a delivery address of your choice.
What are the various shipping options available?
Do I have COD option?
Yes, we offer Cash on delivery option, which you may opt while checking out from the shopping cart. Items valued more than INR 40,000 are not eligible for COD.
How can I Track my shipment?
Yes, we offer a very transparent & real time shipment tracking system. Once your package is shipped you would receive an SMS & an Email confirming the same. Alternately you may also visit your Vaibhav Jewellers account and view your shipment status under “Track my Order” or if you have chosen Guest checkout, you can track your order using the following URL
What to expect on delivery of shipment?
The package contains:
The selected jewellery item
Billing invoice consisting of product details
Tamperproof cover (which can be used in case you choose to return)
Product certificate (wherever applicable).
What are the delivery timelines?
Domestic: 5 to 18 business days from order date for ready-to-ship products, based on the serviceability of the pin codes.
International: Up to 30 days from order date for ready-to-ship products.
Custom-made / Made to Order Jewellery may take additional days to get manufactured, depending on the design of the product.
Mentioned timelines are tentative and subject to delays due to uncontrolled factors.
How to return a product? (15 days free return)
Please follow the below instructions to return your item within 15days.
Please place a call with our CRM team on the mentioned phone number requesting to return the product.
CRM team will schedule the courier pickup upon receiving the return request; the schedule will be informed to customer by means of an Email.
Please pack your jewellery in as it is condition along with the barcode tag in the tamper proof cover that is provided with the package.
Please pack the item, product certificate and original invoice in the tamper proof cover.
Handover the package to the courier agent and collect an acknowledgement.
Kindly ensure your availability on the day of pick up and hand it over to the courier agent.
What is the procedure for placing an international order?
All international customers are requested to check the “International shipping” option in the product landing page
Then choose the item you would like to buy followed by filling an enquiry form
Once we receive your enquiry, our CRM executives will confirm the shipping charges; we would send you a payment URL.
Please use this URL to view the actual shipping cost and use the payment gateway to complete the payment.
